Q1: "Doctor, I'm in a rush! If I inject a Skin Booster on April 12 and go play water on April 13... is that okay?"

Open Doors: For the first 24 hours, the needle punctures are not 100% sealed.
Dirty Water: Songkran water is full of bacteria. If it seeps into the dermis, it can cause severe infection, swelling, or pus.
Product Shifting: Aggressive splashing or rubbing could shift the product I just molded.
Conclusion: My absolute Deadline is 3 days before playing water. But the optimal time is 2 weeks.
Q2: "I really want Sculptra, but I heard it causes 'lumps.' Is that true?"
Dr. Nono’s Answer: This is an Urban Legend that has haunted patients for years. The truth is... Sculptra from 10 years ago might have had this issue due to over-concentrated mixing. But today, at Entrio Clinic, we strictly use the Standard Dilution protocol and the Triple 5 Massage technique (massage 5 minutes, 5 times a day, for 5 consecutive days).
The Risk: Extremely low if performed by an expert doctor at the correct depth (must be deep in the Subcutaneous layer or on the bone).
The Reward: Sculptra is a long-term investment. It builds an incredibly strong new collagen network. If you do it now, by next Songkran, you will undeniably look younger than you do this year.
Q3: "I can't decide... Radiesse vs. Sculptra? (I have a limited budget, can only pick one)."
Dr. Nono’s Answer: I love this question; it's a test of priorities (laughs). Choose based on your "Goals":
Team A: Choose Sculptra if... your face is hollow, temples sunken, skin is thinning like paper, and you want to restore volume and youthful structure. You are willing to wait for results (progressively better over 3 months).
Team B: Choose Radiesse if... your pores are large, skin texture is uneven, jawline is blurry, and you want instant firmness. You want that flawless, tight, "Matte Glow" right away.
Doctor's advice for Songkran: If you are prepping in a rush, Radiesse might satisfy your need for Instant Gratification a bit better.
Q4: "I'm terrified of needles... Does it hurt? Can I handle it?"
Dr. Nono’s Answer: Pain is subjective, but at Entrio Clinic, we have a "Comfort Protocol":
Premium Numbing Cream: Applied for 45 minutes (longer than usual) until you are completely numb.

After 24 hrs: Yes, apply makeup normally.
Songkran Tip: If you've prepped well with NCTF 135HA or Definisse... I challenge you to wear less makeup. Just a tinted sunscreen, lipstick, and some brow gel. Trust me, real Glass Skin shining in the sun looks a million times better than cakey foundation, and you won't have to worry about melting streaks!
Q6: "What if I get a rash or breakout right after playing water?"
Dr. Nono’s Answer: Stay calm. Don't panic.
NO Scrubbing: Your skin is weak. Scrubbing is like throwing gasoline on a fire.
Wash gently: Use plain water or a very mild gel cleanser. Pause all AHA/BHA/Retinol.
Cold Therapy: Use a cold damp towel to drop the skin's temperature.
